Hiking on Copper Mountain and Bald Mountain

While the family was up in Breckenridge for Labor Day, we decided to take a few hikes. The first was with Lisa, Brian, and Joan Davis (Brian's mom). We rode up the American Eagle lift at Copper Mountain, and followed the road to the top of the Super Bee and Excelerator Lift (about 4 miles round trip with 500 feet of eleveation), topping out around 12,000 feet.

Sunday, Jay (Brian's dad), Brian, and Lisa hiked up Bald Mountain, just east of Breckenridge. We made it to around 13,000 feet before the clouds looked too stormy to continue, so we turned back; capturing some great images of Breckenridge!
